Nante Machinery is a subsidiary company of Zhejiang Zhongjian Road & Bridge Machinery Co, . LTD.
We have 25 years experience in lifting equipment manufacturing.Four production bases and two R&D Centers covers an area of morethan 100, 000 square meters, and above 400+ skilled employees, among which, a rough 10% are engineers. Our production lines are all equipped with world-leading brand tools and devices.
In recent years, our annual revenue has steadily exceeded 80 million USD, in which 20% are contributed from oversea market. We have established long term business relationship with lots of clients from USA, Singapore, Indonesia, Kenya, India, Cambodia, South Africa, Albania, Chile etc.
As a mature heavy machinery manufacturer, we not only produce individual industrial equipments, but also deliver an end-to-end solution to cover the entire project lifecycle including machinery design, manufacturing, installation and on-going maintenance. We offer end-to-end solution to your lifting business, including design, manufacturing, package, transportation, end-user training, installation and on-going maintenance. Our products cover launching crane, gantry crane, overhead crane, electric hoist, shipbuilding crane, tower crane, form traveler, segment lifter, and steel structure etc.
We have totally 2 manufactures in Shaoxing,Zhejiang province. One has been rebuit which cover more than 70.000 square meters' area. With over 20 years development, there is above 500 skilled employees now. Our production lines are all equipped with world-leading brand tools and devices. If you come to our manufacture, the first production line you can see is our row material area where have a overhead crane and welding machine are working on it. when we continue to the next door, a number of end carriage wheels will be seen borning from three machines. At this time, we can see their rudiment which just looks round and have a hole in their middle part. When we walk to the end, you can see the wheel have been polished, these are final products which have been ready to delivered. Lifting our head, a winch is lifting hoist to check whether it can work. Turning right, end carriage in a row. these are final products, if you continue to visit, workers is printing end carriage. Our company insist on using international brand to print them within three layer. In this way, the lacquer not only can make end carriage looks better, but also can prevent iron surface from moisture and water. Near end carriage, there is a abrator. The function is to eliminate stress produced from fabrication. After this process, End carriage, main girder also can be more safe and extend its service life. It's time to go to opposite workshop to visit the production of conductor rail tube. It is amazing that you can see from powder to be a strong tube. HFP52/56 is born on this prodution line.
Here is the other one, When we come to the gate, This building on the right side is our office, It will be our headquater in the future. We go along the road, we'll come to the workshop, we devide it into 5 parts. On the right side is our warehouse, we will have a 5 level stack here for storage. The left side is our machining area, in this area, we have CNC boring machine. CNC gantry milling machine. CNC Lathe maching, CNC machining center etc. In the next room, on the right side is our material preparing workshop, we have 4 CNC cutting machine, 1 is plasma cutting. The left side is our welding workshop. You can see our welding air(exygen and mixed air) is all centralized supplier, so that our workshop is more orderly and clean. We continue to visit, this is our welding workshop, we mostly use MIG welding machine, with automatic welding and semi automatic welding machine. The forth workshop focus on the winch and crab manufacture. we can see that all the bus bar and festoon system is from NANTE. we have a huge shotblasting machine which can shotblast the big main girder or truss girder. The left side is our painting department.
Our Group has two R&D center, one is based on Shaoxin factory(Zhejiang Zhongjian), the other is based on Hangzhou office(Nante Machinery). We totally has 35 Technical Engineers to develop new products and provide professional solutions to our customer.
1994: Nante was found in Wenzhou China.
